Following the Public Meeting on Thursday 12 February 2009 called by the Connétable of St Helier, Simon Crowcroft, at which Planning and Environment Minister, Freddie Cohen, commited to reviewing the east area of town and providing a master plan for the area within the next three months, the TRRA has written to Senator Cohen and Connétables Jackson and Crowcroft setting out views that we have received from our members and the 1500 people to date who have signed our petition.
You can download a copy of our letter here.
Since this time, Senator Cohen has advised that he will ensure that our letter is passed to the masterplanner together with informing the master planner that a meeting should be arranged with our representatives to discuss this further. We will of course keep you updated as to the outcome.
For those of you who have yet to sign the petition against the multi-storey at Ann Court, we will be outside Poundworld every Saturday from about 10.30am onwards.
